The above module is the base of the course. Students are being trained for basic aviation, viz- theory of aircraft, Passenger service procedures in-flight, Food & Beverage procedures, emergency drills, On board flight situations and A day in life of cabin crew. Students also get trained for ground handling services which helps them get placed as a ground staff with various airlines.
First aid is helpful not only in our day to day life but also is mandatory In- Flight working as a cabin crew. Aviation Medicine, Basic First Aid Procedures, Birth on board, Treatment for injuries, burns & fractures and many more topics are being taught to the students by our trained medical doctor.
Swimming is also one of the most important part if you are working as cabin attendant with any airlines. It helps in saving passenger’s life along with self if there is an emergency landing of an aircraft in water. Separate batches are conducted for girls and boys. A proper training is being given along with the certification after the successful completion of the course.
On Job Training (Hospitality and Customer Service)
IIA also conducts an On-Job training programme with 5 Star hotels for their students. The students are trained under the expertise staff of 5 Star properties for guest services and hospitality personal.
